TEMPLE & CITY CREEK!

Trevor & I went to the Salt Lake Temple lights, & out to dinner with the Day's. I was fun to go and see the City Creek Mall lights while we were leaving the Temple lights. Here are a few pics we took...

CHRISTMAS!

This year we had a lot of family parties to attend. Trevor & I try to make it as far as possible each year for both families. We travel back and forth to make our day with a fun filled family day! We love every mintue we get to spend with both of our families. We are both so grateful for our families & all they do for us! Thank you guys for making our Christmas so great! My little sister got to come visit us for Christmas as well! & my Dad called me the other day & gets to town for my BIRTHDAY! I hope you all enjoyed your Holiday as well!

UPDATE!

Trevor and I went out for sushi with my Brother, Sister In-Law, & the kiddies to celebrate my Brother adopting my Nephew Corban. Corban has been such a great blessing in our family. Love the little man & I love my Brother & think it is so cool how he has taken Corban in as he would his own.
Game night with the Day's:) Trevor & I went over to our good friends house to play a board game & ate some pizza. The game got intense with all four of us & of course the Stapley's won:)

BUSY PEEPS

So... Trevor & I have been crazy busy since the day we got home from our honeymoon... sometimes I wonder if we will have time to settle down:) We recently moved back to our hometown CENTERVILLE! We LOVE being back & being closer to family and friends. My Dad just moved to NYC not too long ago, so we have been living in my dad's house for now. I just got a job at a salon in Bountiful & just got a job offer to work for JetBlue airlines... best part of that is I will be working from home & still be getting out of the house & working in the salon. As of JetBlue I have herd of a lot of hair stylist's first starting out in the hair biz working for JetBlue because of the benefits, working from home, free flights, & the hours. So it’s always been on the back burner for me. I will be working in the office for JetBlue for a few weeks and you might think I am crazy BUT... I will be working 3 jobs! My husband thinks I'm crazy:)I will have NO life at that time, but that's ok! I feel like that's what is best for Trevor & I right now. As for Trevor he just got an AMAZING job offer to be a loan officer & we are both SUPER excited about the job. I am just really grateful Trevor has found a job that he is excited about. It is so hard these days to get a good job.

Our Mini Tree part 2:)

Yes, I did get my Mini Christmas Tree out this year:) BE JEALOUS. Thanks to Trevor's Grandma & my Nanna we have more Christmas decorations this year. My Nana let my Brother & I come over to her house to get a few decorations she needed to get rid of. Some of the things we picked out were old decorations we have pictures of us standing next to when we were just little kids. So that was really neat of my Nanna to give them to us. Also, a lot of the decorations My Nanna had were things my Mom had made when she was married to my dad. Now I know who my craftiness comes from. My Nephew Riley wanted to help me set up my tree (because it's SO cool). So, we had fun setting up the decorations while Uncle T watched some football.
After we set up our decorations, Trevor wanted to take me to Park Station to shop around and get a few ideas of what to get for one another for Christmas. If you haven't been over to Park Station yet they have the cutest set up for a perfect outing.

Give Thanks!

I hope everyone had a HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Our Thanksgiving started off with the yearly Turkey Bowl. We had Team White & Team Black. Team black has won every year but this year... team white won. We all had so much fun playing in our yearly Turkey Bowl the game can get intense:)
After the game we headed over to my in-laws for a turkey dinner & some pie. My Mother in-law cooked SO much YUMMY food! You don't ever realize how much time and effort goes into cooking a turkey dinner until you get older & start cooking yourself. So Props to all those who had to cook turkey dinner's this year!
This year for Thanksgiving on the Till side it was my Brother & I in Utah & not having the rest of our family in Utah for Turkey Day was a little weird for the both of us. But we still keep the traditions going:)I am so very grateful to have a day like Thanksgiving, to remind us all of the things we should be grateful for. A few things I am so very grateful for my Heavenly Father, Pray, My Husband, Our Families, for all of us for being healthy, friends, a roof over our heads, & our jobs. As I have gotten older my list of THANKS grows & grows each year. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
